Elizabeth Licker joined the Law Offices of Tobias Licker, LLC in 2005 and practices exclusively in the area of immigration law. She
received her B.A. in Political Science with honors from Saint LouisUniversity in 1997. Ms. Licker obtained her J.D. from Saint Louis
University School of Law in 2004, graduating with a Certificate in International and Comparative Law and a Certificate in European Union Law.
While in school Ms. Licker was a member of the 2003 Saint Louis University Jessup Moot Court Team. Her practical experience includes
internships at the Catholic Immigration Law Project and South Asia Human Rights Documentation Centre in New Delhi, India. Prior to joining the firm
she practiced immigration law for a non profit organization primarily assisting battered immigrant spouses and children.
Ms. Licker is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, National Immigration Project, the Women Lawyers Association and the
Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
